Regardless of the size of the business, there must be cohesiveness for the company to succeed in its operations. In both small and big companies, there must be planning, strategy formulation and goal setting which implies that proper management must be put in place. Therefore, there is no distinction in management between small and big companies because both need proper management for success to be achieved.
