People would probably resist the change to operate the textile company online because they do not fully understand the concept and efficiency of the digital space. Furthermore, they would resist the change because they would find it difficult to comprehend how to integrate the digital space model into the business. Therefore, as a management leader, I would explain to my team members how the digital space is crucial in improving the company’s efficiency and sales. I would also develop a strategic plan and explain it my team to ensure everyone understands the digital space concept and functionality.
