As the supply chain manager for Ltd, I will follow the following steps to ensure timely, accurate, and adequate Covid 19 vaccines are given to Indian citizens.

1. Assessment of the country's readiness to use covid 19 vaccines by the use of vaccine introduction readiness assessment tool (VIRAT)

2. Prediction of the number of vaccines needed and the logistics using the immunization supply chain sizing tool

3. Developing covid 19 strategies using national deployment and vaccination plan (NDVP ) for covid 19 which may include facility or community-based.
