How do you describe the attitudes of the meeting attendees in relation to emotional intelligence and emotional competence
The attitude of meeting attendees concerning emotional intelligence and emotional competence
Researchers assert that emotional intelligence and emotional competence are general attitudes needed by attendees to conduct their assigned duties in the almost care. They enable people to determine the type of work or duties needed to be allocated to specific attendees because they have different reactions towards the assigned tasks which they carry out based on their emotions. Attendees fit jobs differently due to their emotional competence and intelligence (Jacka, 2018). Therefore, there is a need to analyze and identify the attendee's emotions before assigning them jobs.
