Transformational leadership is not an authoritarian type of leadership as each employee is seen as part of a team in the organization. Valence and trust brings about respect by the employees since they will know that an employer is after their well-being. Therefore, transformational leadership, valence, and trust makes a great difference in ensuring employee engagement and organizational change with valence acting as a great motivator for the employees. Transformational leadership treats the employees are equals with no incitement of any sort. This promotes faster organizational change since it will both benefit the employees and the employer. Once this is discovered, then the employees are free to engage in organizational change.
