The study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, perceived organizational support, and employee engagement of organizational commitment. The survey was conducted at Inspectorate Bekasi. The study concludes: (a) transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee engagement, (b) perceived organizational support has no positive effects on employee engagement, (c) transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment, (d) perceived organizational commitment has a positive effect to organizational commitment, (e) employee engagement has a positive effect to organizational commitment, (f) employee engagement mediates the relationship between transformational leadership towards organizational commitment, and (g) employee engagement does not mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support towards organizational commitment.
