Performance

It is concerned if the product does what it is supposed to do. Usually it is a source of disagreement between customers and suppliers, especially when deliverables are not well defined within specifications.

Reliability

Most end-users believe reliability to be a key factor of quality, and it contributes significantly to a brand's or company's image. It is the assurance of performance according to the specifications.

Durability-for how long will the product offer the services and in what condition.

Serviceability-The product can easily be repaired for maintenance purposes.
