My perception of the day-to-day activities of a manager include: overseeing daily operations, delegating day-to-day tasks to employees, solving arising problems and generally coordinating the workplace.

From my findings, these are part of expected daily managerial responsibilities. Other roles include human resource management, goal setting, communication with stakeholders and staff motivation.
