It is beneficial to approach strategic management from a cultural standpoint since the degree of support that strategies receive from a company's culture is often a determining factor in their success. Strategy implementation may be unproductive or even destructive if a supportive culture does not present. Because you'll need your employees' buy-in, support, and implementation of your strategy once you've outlined "how you're going to get there." If your company has a poor culture, you will need to address it first.
