It is important to motivate employees in any organization whether the company is at the top of it's game or not. This is because when the motivation drops revenue and company accomplishment may soon follow in failure.

Benefits of motivated employees include

It improves on effeciency and leads to more output.

The employees are likely to produce more and even better products than before

• Lower levels of absenteeism

Motivated employees are happier with their work and wouldn't miss the work for no reason

• Great reputation and stronger recruitment

The company reputation is maintained and it makes it easier to recruit higher talents

• Low levels of staff turnover

Motivated employees stick to their roles to see the effect of their work. This will lead to lower training and recruitment costs for the company
