Evaluation in Qualitative and quantitative approaches

Qualitative approaches dwell on hard facts, making it better to use methodologies under it for the in-sighting audience. On the other hand, the quantitative approach involves recordable and observable data. Before starting any strategies, communication experts review the target audience to ensure the reliability of given data. The end-users, the audience, are the final receivers of generated or delivered products because all communications are conducted in their directions. They are different methods of providing reliable information to the target audience. They include primary research that involves acquiring at most information as the first step of audience study. Be keen on the real study by excluding data from other sources for your primary study. The process allows users of qualitative and quantitative approaches with primary sourced data. Other strategies include qualitative research that focuses on clients’ opinions, and it requires putting yourself in the customer’s situation to acquire enticing or missing data on products (Anderson, 2017). Lastly, some interviews reveal more information hence reliability in qualitative and quantitative approaches. The researcher engages with a person by asking questions to gather information.
