Recently Klaus Winkelman, the COO, has been experiencing deviant behaviour in his team. Increasingly, employees in his division have been coming to work late in the mornings and leaving early, without completing the tasks they should have completed for the day. Also, most of his subordinates have been making mistakes with the newly acquired and expensive machinery. This led to a lot of material waste and some mechanical damage.
2.1.1 Klaus thought about it and concluded that subordinates do not seem motivated.
Explain any two (2) methods in which Klaus can control the behaviour of his
subordinates. You need to list the method and then describe a practical
example to Klaus for each method?
