Discuss some of the foundamental skills that organisations need to focus more in developing among their employees if they want to keep their business at a competitive advantage in the 21 century
(I) Learnability- We’ll begin with learnability because it is arguably the most important 21st-century skill an organization will need to succeed.
(II) Resilience- Setbacks and failures are a part of life, but how you choose to deal with those roadblocks is what is critical to your success. Therefore, resilience as a skill would be of significance to the employees as they try to work on the weaker areas of the organization production.
(III) Verbal communication- Advancing in your career is not just based on what you do. There’s a good chance that at some point for the employees to use strong verbal communication skills so the organization can sell others on your ideas, products, or services.
