1. Avoiding
Someone who employs an "avoiding" technique tries to ignore or bypass the dispute hoping that it will resolve or evaporate.
2. Accommodating
Using the "accommodating" conflict resolution technique is taking measures to address the other party's concerns or requests at the price of your wants or goals (Mangulabnan, 2021).
3. Compromising
Finding an acceptable settlement that will somewhat, but not entirely, satisfies the concerns of all parties concerned is the goal of the "compromise" method.
4. Competing
When someone adopts the "competing" conflict resolution method, they attempt to satisfy their desires at the expense of the other parties.
5. Collaborating
Using the term "collaborating" means coming up with a solution that addresses all parties' concerns.
