Applying Feminists Ideas
In the current world, people are running movements to fight for women's rights and equality. Several social campaigns are creating an open platform for them to air their grievances, raise their voices, seek justice, and create women's representation socially, economically, and politically. There are several ways of applying feminists' ideas, including raising voices, knowing their rights, sharing the challenges and workload, and educating the next generation.
Raising voices- sharing female ideas with friends, family, or advocacy organizations is crucial because it creates awareness and gives people in fear a chance to open up and share their stories, making it easier to offer help. Global activists are leading movements fighting for women like the acts against FGM, early marriages, and girls' education, which demoralizes cultural activities in some parts of the world (Lehman, 2019). Moreover, knowing your right is a significant act involving educating communities that only recognize their cultural practices, denying them their rights and freedom. These practices have given many women the power and courage to participate in community activities like men.
Feminists are the next generation on crucial matters like gender equality and empowering them regardless of ethnicity, gender, or age. It is a sign and relief for a better future because females can show their talents through educational programs and other related programs. Sharing workload can improve the empowering process of a woman (Lehman, 2019). Women work more than two and half times compared to the male gender. Reducing the unpaid chores can help in creating time for more rewarding activities hence supporting economic growth.
