Pacific island economies extended over 30 million sq km in the South Pacific Ocean. The impact of climate change on the pacific ocean is a significant threat for pacific countries. The sea level is increasing, and there is the threat of drowning in the development of most countries. However, the Traditional Public Administration (TPA) and New Public Management (NPM) features have been implemented in the Pacific countries for the following reasons. The need for large-scale government is resulting in resource over-consumption. Also, the involvement of numerous activities by the government has emerged as a significant concern and the widespread bureaucracy. Other factors include the high rate of inflation, lack of separation between policy and administration. The PICTs' reliance on foreign aid; the PICTs' reliance on foreign aid; the PICTs' reliance on foreign aid. However, as a result, those groups were required to implement New Public Management as a condition of receiving financial aid assistance.
