Unitary theory clarifies that the policies regarding staff that an organization comes up with should be geared towards motivating,inspiring and motivating employees. The advantages that the theory has is that employees will be involved in employee decisions while emphasizing on team work among the employees in the case of the Fiji private sector employees they should be consulted when their employers are making staffing policies. The disadvantages of the theory is that the unitarists believe that conflicts in the workplace is not inherent to employees relations and is no good use to the organization. The recommendations for the future is that the staffings decisions should be communicated early to the employees.
