First of all, information on trade secrets, commercial confidence, or intellectual property, of which the disclosure would damage the competitive situation of a third party, is exempt from exposure under the Act.

Secondly, the other exception to this is if offering any data would disrupt the requirements of the Act thus, the request for such information can be repudiated
