TQM is the most significant step the company is implementing on its plants. It is beneficial for the company to achieve production quality, strengthen competitive advantage, enhance the market image and increase profits. TQM consists of three major characteristics, that is continuous process improvement, participative management and team utilization. Therefore, the company can utilize all the resources effectively to increase production and address the issue in the production system across all the plants.
