HR's function is more complicated than it has ever been. New and developing technology has shifted the focus away from personnel management and administrative responsibilities. Today's HR departments—at least those that are forward-thinking—spend their time managing employee engagement and culture strengthening.

 Challenges Contributed To The Evolution Of HR.

Due to rising globalization, new manufacturing processes, changing client needs, and business reorganization, HR managers face several issues. HR managers are working hard to retain talent, fulfill the demands of a multicultural workforce, and reduce personnel costs.
