Human resource management problems is the current issue that the project need to address. The objective is to ensure that managers increase the productivity of the company

b) How would go about establishing your project major components if the project is

found wealthy to be pursued after the outcome from the need’s assessment.

I will focus on high percentage of the work necessary to complete the objectives, account for any amount of work twice, and focus on outcomes, not actions. The project will also focus on work package and reduce the amount of time spend.
