Can you give a written example of micromanaged task schedule from 5 AM to 8 PM that's broken down into morning, afternoon, and night?
5 am to 8 a.m. This time slot would be designated as "maker time," which would be devoted to high-priority or high-energy tasks. I enjoy this time in the morning because it is when I am most focused. Also, because “business hours” haven't yet begun, there aren't many distractions such as email, phone calls, or other people.
9 am to 11 am. This morning hour is “manager time” where I check emails and make phone calls.
11 am to 1pm. Another block of “maker time.”
1 to 4 p.m. This is another block of "maker time" after lunch.
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. “Manager time” spent on meetings with my team or clients, as well as message rechecking.
6 to 8 p.m. I occasionally get an evening slump, so I reserve this time for creative tasks such as writing.
