2. Yes, Since Nelson's Ideas are far more Creative and Innovative not only i agreed because of his proposals but because of his characteristics which is a must have for Entrepunuers.

3. I will persuade her, but if all i did was in vain we will have to separate cause if that characteristics of her won't change after many times i persuade her and she herself isn't willing to change that i suppose it is better to separate since that thing keeps my ideas from reaching her and making the factories economy going down.
