Its goal is to help you think about your own abilities, knowledge, and awareness in your relationships with others and realize what you can do to improve your effectiveness working and living in various situations.
1.Racial is defined as any exclusion, restriction, or preference based on race, color, descent, a national or ethnic origin that impedes an employee's capacity to exercise their right to equal standing in the workplace.
2.The sense of whether one is a girl, or something else, as opposed to what your physical attributes, genes, and hormones reveal, is referred to as gender. Gender identity is more complex than merely seeing yourself as male or 'female,' and people express their gender in various ways.
3.Myths and stories have aided me in defining myself. The ways myth and storytelling have traditionally functioned in Indigenous societies in children's education are examined as aspects of Indigenous teaching and learning. The psychological nature of myth as a component of human learning, teaching, and socialization is also investigated.
4.Cultural values are vital in forming a society of people who share similar ideals. The activities that groups of people engage in their daily lives are the outcome of cultural influences. The principles provide people with an understanding of a culture that has an impact on people's personalities.
5.Culture has a significant influence on communication styles. People are more likely to react to how we speak than to what we say. Individuals' communication styles are influenced by the culture in which they were socialized, and communication styles can change the culture.
