A flourishing workplace will improve the morale of the employees, encourage them to work hard, and improve efficiency of the organization. Languishing employees will lead to the employees feeling demotivated, encourage high employee turnover within the organization, discourage employees from being innovative and decrease the productivity of the organization (Redelinghuys et al, 2019).
