Intellectual intelligence is rarely discussed in leadership circles, but SQ intelligence is. In addition, Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) is becoming more widely recognized as one of the most important factors in determining the success of both individuals and organizations. I would give it a five-star rating because I have excellent listening skills and respond to internal messages about my physical self. I'd evaluate my physical intelligence as poor because I don't have a fit body (1).
