During covid19 ,to explore the organizational management practices transformation adapted due to Pandemic COVID-19 crisis, based on the following requirements:

Maxis organizes it's management practices by stepping up its precautionary measures to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 based on the Restriction Movement Order announced by the Government. Maxis continues full operations as it is listed under the essential services category. The organized maxis management practices includes the requirement for employees to work from home. Measures have been put in place to ensure that those working from home will be equipped appropriately to continue business as usual and to meet the needs of its customers. Employees with face to face interactions with the customers and essential office functions will continue to perform their jobs in shifts with maximum efforts to support them by taking all necessary Covid-19 preventive measures to minimize any risks. The preventive measures that were taken include;
1) It is compulsory for all customer-facing employees to wear masks at the workplace.
2) Provision of hand sanitizers for all employees at the workplace.
3) Increased frequencies of cleaning at all premises.
4) Demo phones at all Maxis Centers are to be sanitized hourly.
5) Temperature checks for all staff and visiting customers at all Maxis main offices and technical operation centre.
Maxis has also put on hold all of its internal and external operations and gatherings until communicated otherwise.
