The changes that should be included in the employment laws have to reflect the agreement between the employees and the employers.To add on that,they should have the collective agreement where there is room for negotiations between employers and trade Unionist. There is also the important aspect of implication that says when a change is in long standing practice and customs.

Three changes and why they are needed.

On of the changes is the increase in the OSHA penalties. In regards to occupational safety and health administrations(OSHA) .The changes ensure that regulations are in place to keep employment cities,communities and workers safe.In this doing health fines in case of any violation can be set up.That helps in ensuring that all the working environments are very safe in terms of health.

Another change is the pregnant workers fairness act.This too ensures that equal rights are accorded to pregnant working women.They have to obtain a mandate which covers various and different aspects of pregnancy. It is also useful as it prevents families from having to make decisions of either continuing with employment or to persue pregnancy.

Lastly, another change is the federal ban the box law.It is supported by the bi-partisans whose mission is to remove the box that looks into criminal history from job applications. Such a change is important as it ensures that criminal records do not prevent one from being hired.
