Decisions need to be taken keeping some factors in mind which will help us take a fair decision. For example, while at work, I overheard a conversation among coworkers making hateful comments about another coworker who was recently promoted. I was quite upset by this incident and was not sure if I needed to report this incident to management. I respect the right for someone to have whatever opinion they like on this or any subject, but no one should hear that sort of hateful comment at work. My moral judgments led me to make the decision easier to report the incident.
