1. Explain in detail two (2) real-life cases of penalties being imposed for offences under Information Technology Act, 2000. Please explain the facts and the nature of the offence in detail.

In Section 73 of the constitution, there is a penalty of Imprisonment up to 2 years, or/and with fine up to ₹100,000 if is Publishing electronic signature certificate false in certain particulars.

Secondly, in, section 74 of the constitution, There is a penalty of Imprisonment up to 2 years, or/and with a fine of up to ₹100,000 if found in a crime of publication for a fraudulent purpose.
