Infosys is currently facing a problem as one of the highest deterioration rates In the software industry. The company faces challenges due to employees' lack of motivation, and workers are not satisfied with their jobs. As the industry plans to expand internationally, the hiring process becomes intense, and the company is targeting to employ more than 5000 workers quarterly. Therefore there will be pressure on the quality of employees being contracted and ultimately on the amount of training required to maintain uniformity in resource supply. However, most employees feel that they lack enough skills but remain with the organization due to a lack of alternatives.
