Premier automobile plan will have to manage a large team of workers when it expands to Europe. The management will have to interact with different people from diverse cultures. The business will only survive if the administration will have a good connection with the host country. Cultural differences act as an obstacle to effective communication, affecting the business ability to develop relationships and motivate people. Hofstede s cultural dimensions technique will stimulate understanding of cultural differences and work effectively with people from diverse cultures. Therefore the premiere automobile plan should make sure the management is familiar with the cultural leadership, intellect, and suitability by doing thorough research about the target country before engaging in the business.

Individualism versus collectiveness will help to measure the attitudes, strength, and ties that European citizens have towards others within their society. Individualism proposes that those who are not a core part of the family have poor interpersonal relations and therefore take less responsibility for the decision and consequences of others. On the other hand, people in a collectivist society are expected to be loyal to their group to protect their interests in return.

The power distance index is the degree of inequality that exists and required in society.
