It is essential for the management to identify one’s own skills, expertise and aptitudes to recruit employees appropriately based on their abilities and specification. This increases the overall productivity of a firm in regards to quality and quantity. In this case, skills include the talent needed to do a specific task, expertise is the specific knowledge in a particular field, while aptitudes entail is the natural ability to do something. My skills is that I am a good leader and I understand how to lead people and influence them to execute tasks favorably. My aptitude is that I can run fast and my expertise knowledge is management.
