Companies see the need to make cultural changes in the workplace as they evolve. Flexible work schedules, for example, may be appropriate for small businesses, but as they expand, more structure and procedures may be required to maintain consistent staffing. In the process of changing the organizational culture, organizations identify desired principles and attitudes, align culture with policy and procedures, link culture and transparency, have noticeable supporters, and define non-negotiables. Besides, the ethos is aligned with the brand, measures are calculated without haste, and finally, investments are made with the heads as role models.

a)     Processes, innovations, learning, and important events are all intertwined with corporate culture. It is the sum of a company's beliefs, customs, rituals, and definitions that distinguishes it from others. Organizational culture is made up of traits that are prioritized from high to low. Each of these characteristics has a different value in each organization. Members of organizations make value judgments about the importance of these attributes to their organization, and then change their actions to fit this collection of values. Innovation (risk orientation), attention to detail (precision orientation), focus on outcome (achievement orientation), and emphasis on people are all characteristics of organizational culture (fairness orientation). Teamwork (collaboration orientation), aggressiveness (competitive orientation), and reliability (rule orientation). are some of the other characteristics.

b)    Netflix and Apple have a reputation for being forward-thinking companies. Employees that work for companies that put a high emphasis on creativity are encouraged to take chances and innovate in their employment. Companies with a low emphasis on creativity want their workers to do their jobs the same way they've always done them, rather than searching for ways to better their results. The companies have a proactive approach to managing opportunities. On a regular basis, new prospects are actively found, prioritized/deprioritized, and properly resourced. Besides, there is ample support for ideas. It costs money to bring new ideas to life. Leadership role modeling is critical, and priorities are pushed to new heights. In the organizations, there is external stimuli, regulated madness, and up-down-left-right cooperation.
