at the regional office. Through debate and interaction teachers pre-concluded that their 

teaching performance is to an extent influenced by the services that they get. The Regional 

Education Director has provided funds to conduct a study on the matter and invites for 

proposals. 

As an education research expert and drawing from a qualitative constructivists / interpretivist 

perspective, what would you write under the following research proposal steps if you were to 

engage this matter?

1. The teachers are councerned with the service that they are getting from the regional office.
2. The services that the teachers are getting from the regional office affect the result of their work.
3. Education delivery has been affected by the actions of the regional offices towards the teacher.
4. An effective working condition for the teachers will result to a good education for the children.
5. Education of the children is a responsibility of the government, therefore teachers well being as their responsibility as well.
6. The quality of the education important and this is not being achieved.
