A competent project team is the one that has an open channel for communication in the project. Improving general employee communication enhances turnaround and response times. During training and development, a project manager can acquire more insights on tools and techniques to be used, enhancing their already-capable qualities (Ramazani & Jergeas, 2015). A lot of wastage can be avoided by investing money in project management training. most project managers have obtained their skills the hard way, through trial and error, which can cost many wasted money and efforts, poor deadline management, poor customer service, and stressed employees. During project management courses, a project manager obtains leadership skills to manage and direct their team efficiently.
