Firstly, the employer ought to engage the employees in good faith in a bargaining process to reach an agreement concerning their salaries to avoid strikes and unrest. Besides, the employee should put its communication clear explaining its position regarding the act instead of unfair and instant dismissal. Further, the employer has the legal responsibility of offering the employees with a written guideline to be adhered to before dismissing any worker. Thus, this aids in highlighting the significance of having necessary disciplinary procedures in the workplace.
