Top managers of multinationals in corporate governance need at least one representative from the audit committee with financial knowledge. As a director of the audit, I am supposed to help the corporate governance have full access to financial terms and definitions. The corporate governance will have financial information that affects the multinationals' internal operations while liaising with other international external auditors to put the company in a better position in the stock market like the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Accurate Financial statements will also be made available to the company and the public as directed by concerned authorities. I will facilitate effective compiling, evaluating, and cross-checking account report statistics to assess the financial progress or threats that need mitigation.
