The three levels of management include the following:

a.      Managerial, administrative, or top management

This level consists of the managing director or chief executive and board of directors. It is the ultimate level of authority and power in the organization.

b.     Executive or middle level of management

This level comprises of the departmental and branch managers. They oversee the functions of various departments and report to the top management.

c.      Operative, supervisory, or lower level of management

This level consists of section officers, supervisors, foremen, and all other executives whose work has to do with the HR oversight and direction of operative workers.
