To meet deadline, the motivation comes from first defining and coming up with the desired goals. In addition, letting people know the day and time of the deadline will allow them explore possible problems and be open to solutions. This is through planning, which in this case should be considered a priority. Moreover, one should also monitor progress, crossing what is done, this motivates the people that work is done.
