1. Improve environmental facilities, such as
ensuring low level of noise, appropriate illumination and comfortable
temperature, quality of equipment for employees.
2. Analyze interpersonal
relations and stand for upholding an effective team-work and spirit of success,
Monetary awards also matter much.
