In The Prince Nicollo Machiavelli outlines that people are guided with their own
interests, mostly self-based, what can be used by the leader of the corporation
or any social network. A leader is a strong personality, who leads his own
politics regardless moral opinions and justice: "Aim justifies methods".

Typical situation, when employees of lower rank are opressed by their direct
chefs in purpose of not taking into attention the value of every personality.
The workforce is just a resource, blind and controlled, so the very aim is to
manage them in right way to gain as much profit a possible.
