When several individuals collectively purpose to choose the right decisions and make ideas, some several advantages and disadvantages are experienced during the process. As such, more information and diverse views are made available during such set-ups, including the opportunity to explore expert opinions and conclusively agree on a decision. However, the process is time-consuming, especially when there is lack of agreement which happens as a result of personal domination.
