Corruption leads to insufficient resources to run an organization effectively, it may lead to loss of customers if the corruption becomes public since no customer will want to be associated with the organization, and it discourages existing stakeholders. As a manager, I will put in place the right procedures to encourage whistle-blowing among the employees, strengthen the internal controls of the organization, and training of staff and other stakeholders on the effects of corruption.
