In comparison with other job applicant Samantha is clearly the best qualified and experienced person for the job.she is not appointed because of her obesity.the recruitment officer inform her that the company does not have place for a 300kg freak .Samantha obesity does not have known medical cause.she is simply fat.
Assume that Samantha applied for a position as a flight attendant at mango.she was not appointed because the employer argued that it was inherent requirement of the job that flight attendant are small and thin in order to fit into small cabins of aeroplanes .will Samantha succeed in her claim of unfair discrimination.
