(CETP, Vapi) &Ors.The application was regarding discharge of untreated/partially treated trade effluent by more than 500 industrial units in Vapi industrial cluster into River Damanganga.
  2. O.A. No. 79/2021, In re: News item published in The Hindu dated 14.03.2021 titled "Safety lapses led to reactor blast at pharma unit" in compliance to the Hon'ble NGT order dated 16.03.2021.
