As a customer who has suffered injuries from in the restaurant, you should first consult with your lawyer. Notably, you would choose to sue either Pamela or Chisa. With your lawyer you would be able to legally establish an agreement with each their lawyers. Settlements can be establishment between you and the sued party, where the settlement amount would be R7000. If there is no agreement between the two of you, you would proceed to sue the other party in the court where you would prove injuries incurred before the judge as evidence.
