Civil case for regional division
Civil cases are the cases in which private citizens or companies sue each other in court. General civil cases, usually involve suing someone for money in disputes over things like contracts, damage to property, or someone getting hurt. Family law cases such as divorce, child support, child custody, and adoptions are also considered as civil cases. The jurisdiction of a legal case depends on both personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction. A court must have both subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction over the matter to hear a case.
