     i.          There was no contract that was established between Kgotso and Mosidi. A contract is established when an offer is made and accepted by two or more people who are to create a legal relationship with a consideration. Their conversation was an agreement that was not legally binding even though there was an offer and acceptance made.

   ii.       The acceptance must be communicated.

The offer must be accepted without modifications, otherwise it is a counter-offer.

Until an offer is accepted it may be revoked.
