At First, The Landlord shall write a letter to the tenant asking him the reasons for not paying the rent and also the landlord should mention that if he delays the payment of rent he should vacate. If tenant fails to make payment within seven days after sending him a letter of breach of contract he will write notice to cancel the lease agreement and to demand the tenant vacate the property immediately. If the tenant still fails to vacate the property or disputes the cancellation of the lease agreement, the landlord will have no choice but to call in legal assistance and to proceed with an eviction order.
